Getting real subscribers and creating a following is vital for success on youtube. But how do you get more subscribers on youtube?
Well fortunately for you, I was just working on getting more subscribers on our parkour youtube channel, created a 30 day game plan and successfully doubled our youtube subscribers while learning some interesting things that I want to share with you today.
How to Get More YouTube Subscribers in 3 Steps:
IF you are consistently producing new videos people notice that you are ACTIVE and that you are producing similar content on regular basis. So if they were impressed by your video, they will have a chance to see another good video soon.
It doesn’t matter how often do you post new videos, it is important that you stay consistent to a schedule and that you keep the same level of quality.
2. Call to action
Tell the people watching that more similar videos are consistently coming out and they should subscribe to get the latest one. You can achieve the desired effect with simple and discrete annotations in the end of your videos or if you want to be really fancy you can use a special animations to get their attention.
These two things above work great every time, on every video. However the degree of their effectiveness varies on the awesomeness and quality of the videos you produce. Hell, if your videos are really good, you don’t even need to remind people to subscribe to you, just make it clear that you are consistently putting out new videos. For example check Ray William Johnson‘s channel, which is now the most subscribed channel on youtube!
It is simple… better videos = more views / subscribers / favorites / likes
Quick Quality Tip:
I just realized that the videos you put on youtube don’t have to be super extra professional, if you pay closer attention you will notice that some of the best videos on youtube are totally amateurish . Just focus on presenting the content trough your real personality. People on youtube want to connect with real people. So, speak like you normally do, have some fun, amuse yourself and don’t be a freaking news reporter.
Few things to avoid:
- I wouldn’t recommend doing subscribe for subscribe because it really makes you look cheap and devalues your other work. And don’t think that people won’t notice.
- Bought subscribers are not real subscribers, they won’t really watch your videos and they are not really interested in the things you have to share with them, so don’t bother buying subscribers unless you only want to boost your social proof.
It might sound simple but the simple things always work best, try it and you will get more subscribers on youtube for sure.
